Martial Arts is good, clean fun for children and a great way to give them a head start in life. Its widely recognised that children canbenefit in a number of ways from martial arts training from an early age, with training supporting the key lessons and values you teach at home.
According to a nationwide survey, one out of every three children is affected by bullying. Bullying is the act of verbal or physical abuse designed to disturb someone whom they perceive as less powerful. Attacks can include derogatory comments on a persons race, religion and physical appearance, spreading rumours, in addition to the more familiar behaviour of hitting, slapping or pushing.
